Curl Specialist

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team of Curl Specialists who is obsessed with delivering an unparalleled guest experience, is detail oriented, and loves working collaboratively with others.

You must be a licensed cosmetologist in Ontario. Preference will be given to stylists who have completed a recognized master class program in cutting wavy, curly, and coily hair. No clientele needed.

What a Curl Specialist Does:

Executes the Curve Hair Studio 6 Point Service Excellence Method with each guest, every visit
Masters and executes our 5 Step Killer Consultations Method with each guest, every visit.
Offer services for all lengths, hair textures, genders, and ages.
Deliver a service experience that makes you referral worthy.
Respects themselves and colleagues by maintaining a clean work area and cleaning up after themselves.
Has 2 active professional social media accounts.
Take pictures and videos of guests after their services for social media.
Post a minimum of 2 high value social media posts per week following our methods for effective content.
Actively participate in a minimum of 2 additional paid classes per year as part of your genuine desire to learn more year over year.
